Lynn Martorell Gumbert was the 10/30 luncheon speaker for the Salisbury Rotary Club, held at Noble Horizons. Lynn was a 2008 recipient of the Club’s Back-to-School Scholarship for which she expressed her appreciation noting it allowed her to become an esthetician (facials, manicures, pedicures, etc.), 37 years after graduating from high school! More recently, she has become a certified End of Life Doula and counsels individuals, families and friends dealing with end of life issues and questions. She referred to the surge in the elder population as the “Silver Tsunami.”
