Owen Quinn, Executive Director of NWCT United Way, was the featured speaker at Salisbury Rotary Club’s 3/6 luncheon meeting. Moving in a new direction, he explained that the United Way is now focusing on funding programs more than general support for an agency and focusing on three areas: education, financial stability and health.
