Salisbury Rotary Club President Randy Chapell introduced new club member, Bill Pond (CEO Noble Horizons), who shared his positive impressions of Rotary, the NW Corner community and Noble Horizons. A professional health care provider since the mid-1980s, Bill noted his enjoyment in coming to work each day knowing he can help make a difference and enhance someone’s life. Likewise, he looks forward to an involved role with Rotary, making a difference locally and internationally.
