Our Annual Meeting will be held November 16th. At this meeting we will hold elections for a President Nominee for this year and Club Secretary for the year 2022-23. A quorum of one-third of the active members is necessary to hold the elections. Participation via Zoom counts as attendance.
The Treasurer will provide a mid-year report, including current year income and expenses, together with a financial report on the previous year.
